Phoenix Kitchen Remodel and Addition
This featured project is located in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, Arizona. The homeowners spent nearly 3 years contemplating and dreaming of this project before deciding to stop dreaming, and make it happen. For several months, Hochuli Construction Teams' design/build team worked directly with the homeowners and architect to ensure every detail was considered. As with all the design/build projects the Hochuli team works on, the policy is to have the complete job scope outlined prior to establishing the final working budget for the project. With too many fine design details to list, the basic project scope is:
- Enclose the, roughly 1000 square foot, patio
- Demolition of the existing exterior walls that define the kitchen
- Create a luxurious great room and kitchen area within the overall space
- New kitchen footprint and cabinet layout for a more efficient use
- Create a new, climate controlled, wine room
- New appliances to accomodate the culinary needs of the homeowners
- Patio sliding door systems to merge the outdoor living with the indoors when desired
- A better overall flow to the homes main living areas

Phoenix Guest Bathroom Remodel
Hochuli Construction Teams' design team has proposed another great design in conjunction with the homeowners wishes and requests for this guest bathroom remodeling project. With family scheduled to arrive in a few weeks, the schedule and deadline are very tight on this project. Follow along to see the Team hit those deadlines, and complete this project with Integrity ~ Style ~ Quality.
This guest bathroom remodel located in Phoenix Arizona is to include to following:
- New, larger, shower area in place of the existing tub/shower combo
- Travertine tile shower walls and floor with glass mosaic accents
- Custom, frameless shower doors
- Soap and shampoo niches, as well as all the amenities this bathroom deserves
- Mosaic tile accent wall
- Removal of existing wallpaper coverings, and replace with drywall texture
- New toilet and bathroom hardware
- New lighting
- And more
