Hochuli Construction Team is just that, a Team.

The definition of a team, "A team comprises a group of people linked in a common purpose. Teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many interdependent subtasks.  A cooperative unit."  As corny as the old saying is, "A chain is only as strong as its weakest link", it holds true within our Team.  Hochuli Construction Teams Integrity-Style-Quality is only as strong each individuals commitment to uphold those very values when working on a project.  Therefore, we only employ and work with a team of in-house craftsmen, designers, skilled sub-contractors, and suppliers that have a shared commitment of upmost job quality and customer satisfaction.

Scott and Lorrie founded Hochuli Construction Team in 2001 with a simple principal of putting the needs and expectations of the client above all else.  Taking ownership and responsibility of the project has allowed Hochuli Construction Team to produce an organized and stress free project environment for everyone involved, especially the home owners.

Scott Hochuli, an Arizona Native, began his construction education in 1992, gaining knowledge of the business and trades along the way by working for, and along side, some of the premiere contractors in the Valley of the Sun.  It was during this time he not only learned of the things these companies were doing right, but also became aware of short comings within the industry......mainly customer satisfaction, and ownership of the project.  Scott is a hands-on business owner that enjoys the satisfaction of solving project challenges.

Lorrie Hochuli, an Arizona transplant from Johnstown, PA, moved to Arizona in 1989.  With a background in business management, Lorrie is able to handle the day to day operations of the company, as well as client correspondence seamlessly.  Over the years, or perhaps naturally, Lorrie has developed a strong eye for design and has the ability to visualize a homeowners visions and dreams for their space and help direct the Team to make those visions and dreams a reality.
