Company

Allow me to introduce myself and our company. I am an Arizona native born to an attorney/NFL official, and an elementary school teacher. My siblings and I were raised to have good morals and respect for others. My parents taught us to be “good people”. I attended high school in the south Tempe area. After high school I became a member of the working world.

In 1992 I began my construction education. For the next 9 years I worked for 2 different residential construction companies. Both companies specialized in home renovations and additions, as well as building custom homes. While I started out as a laborer, I had a desire to learn the trades involved in the construction process. I soon began to climb my way up the company ladder to achieve more responsibility and achievement. As of 1998, I became a lead superintendent for the company. I was responsible for all day to day actions related to the jobsite I was assigned. I would organize subcontractors, time schedules, and employees, as well as do day to day hands on work. I have never had the desire to be a ‘truck super’, meaning I would rather do the work than simply drive around in my truck.

In 2001 I decided it was time to begin my journey, so I created Hochuli Construction Team LLC. I now hold Residential and Commercial General Contractors licenses, which allows me to do all phases of the Residential and Commercial construction process, including the ability to build a complete home. I am a “hands on” contractor, and this allows me to keep control of the highest quality results necessary. In addition, I feel I have much higher standards and expectations of my subcontractors and employees than even many homeowners.
