This 5500 sq. ft home was in dire need of renovation and updating. With out dated cabinets, counters, carpet and tile flooring, and paint this home needed some major TLC. Luckily, the new homeowners had the vision of what this home could be.
What started out as a barely adequate and out dated master bathroom and closet area ahas become a luxurious living space. Approx. 220 sq. ft was added on to this bathroom and closet, complete with whirlpool tub, travertine floors, and large walk in closet.
With a need for more comfortable living space, and the desire to stay in this home, the homeowners decided to make the back patio part of the living space. Approx. 330 sq. ft was added to the home by enclosing the back patio area.
